Dear Online buyers,
I had placed an order for a pair of shoes. Its price was Rupees 399.00 excluding shipping. However, I did not find my product in good condition may be it caused due to the bad way of packaging and I initiate to return and refund. But I am shocked that this seller does not have a return pick up. A horrible website with horrible facilities. I emailed the customer service department and unlike other e-commerce portals, they don’t entertain an acknowledgement to a user’s grievances. After nearly a month when there was no reply I tried to reach them over calls.Keep calling their support number and rest assured it will never be answered. I doubt they even read my emails. they have some standard text reply which they copy and paste to my mail. I promise you will never get your answer to your queries.
Trust me, friends, these people are no better than frauds and cheats.
