No process to confirm failed payments.

I ordered shoes from Yepme. While doing payment, their system hanged and I was not returned back to the Yepme response page. My payment was successful.


I complained this to Yepme, and they asked me to send statement. Immediately I sent that. But now its more than 15 days, and they haven’t yet confirmed the payment. Lost hope of getting either product or my money back. Whenever I call them or write a mail, they say they are processing it.


Kudos to even Govt. IRCTC site, which auto detects this and returns the payment automatically.
