Frauds in e-commerce

Hi friends today I am sharing my own experience of using yepme.com service.


Last year I placed an order of T-shirt worth 599/- at first it looked like a good and attractive t-shirt in my computer screen but what I received was completely different and I felt that it was used before.


When I tried to call the customer care they never answered my call. Then I sent an e-mail for refund. After one week I finally got reply for my email. I was told that the item will be refunded and a pick up boy will come at my home.


After 2-3 days I returned my t-shirt and then they told me that it will take upto 3 weeks of time to refund the money after checking the quality and condition of the product.


After 20 days I got a refund of worth 299 which was 200 lower than what I actually paid to them. I was really disgusted by the service they provided.


They have worst quality product and sometimes they are used by other persons. Delivery time was not what they have promised.


App and website both are disgusting I got irritated so many times using yepme.com So many pop up windows appears on the screen.


The reliability level is zero percent from my point of view. I would rather them fraud.


Do not expect that your money is going to give you a good value while you are purchasing from this website.
