Unprofessional Shopping Experience

Please don’t fall for cheap and discounted products and purchase from Yepme for the order id 5860054. I have given order for some product on 12 March and received on 22 March 2014. After receiving I said some products are different from the original order and some are not fitting at all, with the defined size. I decided to return 3 products, and spend Rs. 130 by speed post from Chennai (Yepme has no pick up in metro cities).


The quality of all product was horrible, but I managed to keep some. Again I received the replacement products after 15 days. When I checked one jeans, was not still going to my leg, so I finally decided to return the pants. I returned the pants by speed post by paying Rs.100, after confirmation from the C Care Yepme on 22 April, 2014. The product was received and checked on warehouse on 27 April, 2014.


I confirmed from C care that the product was received on warehouse and initiated the refund on 1 St May, 2014. I waited till 10 May, and called 11 May and C care said we will get back to u in 2 days. Again 10 Days, on 21 May, when I called and fought with one C Care he cut the phone after 15 Minutes, and again I called and one person replying after checking fully that, there was no complain for my order ID for return of money. C care told me shall I generate complaint to return of money from our end?


Horrible service, after return of the product and reached at warehouse, the team has not generated the complain for refund. Before today I already called 2 times and asked for refund and they assure it will take few day. What a horrible C care support of Yepme. What were they doing with the return product and why I returned. Too much! I lost Rs. 250 in postal charge and around RS. 50 extra taking with C care and hope for refund in future.


Please don’t purchase anything in this website, no absolute return policy in metro cities also and no  money guaranty and all are in website pen and paper.
