YEPME - a Company with wrong business ethics

I had purchased a product on this website(advertised through FACEBOOK), and the product was defective.  Upon contacting them, they said that they are going to replace the product initially and due to non-availability of the product they assured me a refund.


After 1 month when I call back about the refund, they said that it is not yet submitted at all and they offered me an other product as they said refund is a long process.  I call back to order an other product and they said that it cannot be processed as they do not have any info about the replacement or refund.  I tried to contact them through Social networking site by commenting on this and they have blocked my access to comment anything on their page.


I contact them for a refund and they still say that they need more than 30  business days to think about it.  The entire process has already taken close to 7 months now.


All attempts made by me to contact them failed and the representatives are too rude to provide any information.


They have taken the payment through Debit Card / Net banking and still they have deleted all the orders made by me so far from their portal.  However, I have all the e-mails sent by them about the order/payment/complaint confirmation.
