I ordered a pair of jeans on 8th Nov. got a msg that it will be delivered to me by 11th. I waited for 3 days over that and called on 14th along with raising a complaint on the same day. While on call the YEPME guy promised me again that product will be delivered to me in 2 days.
I waited for 2 more days. Again called on 16th again I was asked to wait 4 to more days. I waited for 2 more days and called on 18th when I asked him to connect me to his boss. after I got furious that its not a toll free number and the call is costing me. He said he will give me back a call and after that he gave me a miss call(Miss call. seriously) when I tried calling back. No one was picking. When called on their customer care number the IVR said call between 10 AM to 7 PM.
Pissed off with their service. Don’t use yepme guys ever. else you will curse yourself.
