Latest issue faced on September 8th, 2014


I had placed an order’10219350’ on August 19th. After 12 days, they had sent a mail on August 31st that they are cancelling my order and the refund has been initiated, and the money will be credited back to my account within 7 days. However, even after the deadline, the money has not been credited back to my account. Now, they have removed my account from their site. When I try to log into their site, it’s showing as’E-mail not registered with us’. New way of cheating? Can someone from Yepme take necessary action?

My order ID is 7124984 and I had placed an order last Monday(26th May). While making the purchase, they had mentioned that the products will be delivered on June 1, but they have not even shipped the products yet. I have mailed them twice, called them 4 times, every time they say they will get back to me. But, now, they are not even attending the calls and I am also unable to escalate the issue as it says’Technical error’ on their website.


If anyone from Yepme is reading this, just understand that with this kind of customer service, you will not reach anywhere. Learn from Flipkart or Myntra how to have customer service desks and meet deadlines. And, if I don’t get a proper response from you at the earliest, be ready to face the consequences.
