SHIBANI SHWETA (Floor Supervisor)-- call was disconnected intentionally or not sure whether line issue, but never bothered for a call back


Sameer: Conveniently disconnected the call.. Hope the call is recorded or-else just forget it


Mr. Vivek Gaur or the senior management ... This is how your customers are handled


For just a mere 500/- I am chasing your team for a fort-night and my case is still NOT resolved. When I call they say 48 hours and My email is replied after 4 days after sending couple of reminders. Please check the history , you will come to know...


MY FIRST PURCHASE AND FOR SURE THE LAST........ A BIG NO NO.....


Sameer (What so ever you are called as).... Customers get frustrated when their issue is not resolved. They just want to shell out their frustration on someone... You are seated there to keep your customers happy and try to convince them... NOT disconnecting the call and just passing the bug to someone else.... (LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE)


YEPME.... I HAVE GIVEN UP...... If the case is not resolved here also.... I will try to get your CEO or COO email ID and try to get my case resolved.


MouthShut viewers: If anyone knows the email ID of the Sernior Management, please share it so that I can write an email to them to share the way my case is handled. It will be of great help
