Not received the products

Order NO - 10702482 I have placed a order on 18-Oct-14, till date I have not received the parcel.Marked many  complaint  but I dont think soo u guys  even  have the guts to coordinate  with customer.


Where is my parcel? The customer care  department even not respond  so well.


Just once I have received a missed call from red express when I call back she said she will be calling me in next  ten minute on monday(7-Oct) but till date 10 minute are not up.
