Horrible customer service. They dont even have an email id to lodge complaint. You have to go to their site and enter order ID and mobile no. to lodge a complaint.
That too only fixed options are there. Nothing to pen down. No basic option to inform them that you have not received your product. They dont even inform when the order is dispatched or details of courier with AWB No. They dont leave any trails in black and white for your records, Only phone conversations. Will never reply to any of your mails. You will get a message " This is an un-monitored email account and emails sent to this email address will no longer be read or responded to ".
I ordered shoes with order ID 10283746 on 27 Aug 2014.They sent on 30. Aug 2014 using another third rate courier OVERNITE COURIER. This item, picked up on 30 Aug 2014 is still not delivered. Their phone are not answered. For delivering to a distance of 3 km from their office, they have already taken around 18 days and counting.
The only way to lodge complaint to yepme is through a chargeable phone no. You will be kept on hold for 5 minutes. Then their executives will inform you bla bla bla and they are very sorry, kindly give me 24 hours, it will be delivered. Our teams are already working on it. I am calling these great executives for the last 10 ten days. Daily i hear, please wait for 24 hours. Great!!! Tomorrow never comes! Avoid such useless online site and courier sites. Luckily we have plenty of other options.
