This was my first order placed on Yepme.com . I ordered Formal shoe and Denim jean . I was impressed with 25% off they offered on Online payment . I made them online payment . Later I discovered I mistakenly order 38 waist size jean than 36 which is my size . I emailed them before they dispatch they should call me once and change the size . No reply in 24 hours . I had to call them and let them know to replace the size,
Their support is so bad they dont know how to treat customers . he spoke so arrogantly.
I requested him to replace the size from 38 to 36 .
They refused to do so and asked to collect the order and than return back for replacement . wow this is bullshit man that’s what I told him . The order was not even dispatched yet .
I requested him to cancel the order and refund the money . He agreed and processed my request .
Later today I got message that my refund have been cancelled . Man this is crazy . How the hell this gonna happen .
I am very unhappy with them and not gonna buy again from them . Crazy support and company
