I called yepme on 21-May-2014 to return a t-shirt. Customer care executive took my request for order number 6758683. (The customer care executives behavior was not good). I couriered my product with DTDC courier with tracking number Z24557067 and paid Rs. 100 to courier. But today I got call from courier company that Shipment Returned due to ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT. Now I am not able to pay by doing courier again. Now I am planning to go to consumer court against yepme.

After receiving call on 25 May 2014 your executive told me that she will solve my problem and she will create a pickup request. But 2 days gone and still no response. I got a call from 8527988335 and the next day from 8588875898. After that I didnt got any call or any response.

7 more days gone. In between these days I got calls 2-3 times before afternoon they said that do you want to courier the product or not? Then I replied I am getting calls from Yepme 3-4 times in evening they said that they will initiate a reverse pickup, then he replied they will not do the pick up.
Dont know what these people and their staff is doing. I think now its time to file a case in consumer forum against them. I get the calls 3-4 times from yepme in evening time they said that did I get any call from courier company? I said no, I didnt got any call. These people fool us. I think I should also post on more websites and forums about yepme.com.
I always shop from all website, but on yepme.com it was my first and last bad experience. Ill never visit this website.
