I ordered for my kurtis, 2 for 498+ 60 for delivery charges. One kurti was of my size and fitted perfect, whereas the other kurti just didn’t fit. I tried reaching the customer service number they made me wait for bloody 20mins after which they answered the phone and they don’t know how to respond properly because they were talking mostly in Hindi and I couldn’t communicate properly.
They cut my call, again I called. I explained the scenario and that fellow put me on hold and went somewhere and I had to cut the call. Again I called one fellow picked up and took the complaint and gave me the complaint number and nothing has been done. Such a waste customer support they have. They don’t respond properly nor take your complaint properly. Just waste of money. Pls don’t trust this website anymore.
