Yepme.com cheating, not delivering products

I have purchased a pair of formal shoes from Yepme on 20th July 2014, the details given below.

Order Id: 8116773

Expected delivery date: July 23, 2014

Mode Of Payment: Credit

Total Amount: INR(Indian Rupees) 323

But I haven’t received the product yet. The Yepme customer service is not responding to my mails and calls. This is CHEATING. I request all of you to stay away from Yepme.They are looting our money. So please beware.
