WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER !

The service has been pathetic. The first item I ordered(order no. 7077858) was returned even without anyone from the courier service contacting me and it was indeed a shocking experience for me from the part of an online provider.


On contacting the customer case, they have no clue what happened and later sent me a mail saying the issue has been resolved, even without communicating anything to me! For my next 2 orders too, the products have not been even dispatched yet, (order no.s 7225714 and 7293060). Every time, I call up the customer care, I keep receiving assurances from their side that it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours!


I dont understand how an online service provider can take the customers for granted like this.
