In the starting of yepme it was a good shopping site but now it is a worst site on internet for shopping.
Quality of product-
The quality of products is very cheap. Usually when you order something from yepme you are expecting something good or damn cool stuff but when you’ll receive the stuff the quality and the colour of the stuff will be very cheap for sure. Even I have ordered some stuff from yepme and everytime I have received a worst product.
Refund policy-
In the terms and conditions of yepme refund policy it is written that they return your money in 40-45 days but usually it takes 2-3 months to refund your money. As my experience I have ordered a stuff at 6 january and returned at 18 january and yepme made my money back at 24th april.
Customer care-
If you email and contact to their costumer service the best answer you’ll return from there that sir the server is not working properly now please contact us after 2-4 hours.
Product delivery service-
It is quite good but sometimes it takes time to deliver your product. Once I ordered a jacket in winters but I have received it in summers. But usually it not happens. The delivery service is quite good.
So it’s my openion that please don’t go for yepme. It’s my openion only based on my previous experience.
