Sent me a damaged product!

I ordered a wrist watch om yepme.com. I received my watch 3 days later . I opened the package, the package was really good and impressed me. But the ordered watch was not working. I tried it after some while. But it is completely useless.


After sometime I try to call their customer service and I cannot speak to any executives only with some recorded voice. Then I tweeted out my complaint and got only some scripted message from their site. Then I mailed them and they replied that they make touch within 24 hours and contacted me.


They accepted for the refund for that product. But the refund is not yet received! Hope I will get refund in some days .!
