Plz don’t buy anything from Yepme.com. Its a fraud company and provides the worst service in market. I ordered a kurti on 29th July(Order no. 2809927) but still didn’t receive it after 2.5 months. When called the person told me that courier boy has stolen the product and now they don’t have the same product available in stock. They suggested me to request for a refund because they don’t have the product in stock. There is no option to change the product in case its not available. But even after 2.5 months of my payment, I still have not received the money in my account. Can anyone help me about how to register a case against this cheating.
I have called them more than 15-times(spoken to Jyoti, Neha, Prerna, Mohit, Dhiraj and so on) but never received any communication. Finally on 1st Oct, I got a call from Shashi(08467999935) who said that I wil get the money refunded within 40-48 hrs but this is the same answer they hv been giving me for last 1-month. This lady doesn’t even picks the call. This is my worst ever experience in online shopping.
Now, they are saying that they can’t even change the product not even send the money back. This company is here only to cheat people and make money.
