Last year I purchased few flat sandals from yepme and thought it to be a steal deal they were giving 399 flat sandals or chappals at 199 or so. I ordered 5 pairs and was waiting for the delivery. After few days it came and I opened it to my disappointment the size that they had send was not mine. I talked to their call center executive she told to order by the size chart given on their website.
First of all I measured as it was given on their website and ordered accordingly. Secondly, all the slippers were not of the same size. I ordered size 6 and only two of them were of my size. The other three had the size number 6 printed but were of 4 size. I explained his to her and asked for the replacement or money back. She told money will be back in the account and we need send the parcel through courier and this will be refunded.
I send the parcel next day on my expenses as she had confirmed that it will be refunded back. After few days of waiting I found that the slippers money and the courier amount was refunded back as voucher. Really, I was surprised and disappointed but again took a chance to order once again to get my money back. Guess what? Again the sizes were improper and I was tired of complaining and sending back the product at my cost. I decided to throw away instead of wasting the money on currier.
The website and the service that they provide is pathetic. The size chart they have on their site is not standard and applicable to the products they sell. They do not have any quality control and shopping from this website is just like throwing money. I have even checked with my relatives and some friends and they also had similar experience and they too don’t want to repeat the mistake.
A worthless site with product having no standard at all. Their size do not match as size 6 of one slipper is much smaller than the same size of another slipper. Even the road side slipper maintain the size standard. Quality of the sandals and slippers are below average. You may be surprised to see that the website offers a great discount but actually it seems to increase the price and then give discount on that. I would never buy from this site again and would recommend everyone to stay away from this website.
