Summary of the things happen;- order number: 1899238(which I believe is also not correct, each call they manipulate the order number)

1. Ordered shoes on 7th April 2013

   
   




2. Incorrect shoes delivered

   
   




3. I requested to replace the order with correct shoes

   
   




4. Order came but delivery boy wanted to pay for that order

   
   




5. According to customer care I should get zero amount order if there is a replacement

   
   




6. I didn’t receive that order

   
   




7. Someone came on 13 April 13 and collected the incorrect shoes from my home

   
   




8. On 14 April 2013,  I got mail from customer care to provide my bank acct information

   
   




9. I have provided information

   
   

10.   Then I am awaiting for reversal of amount

11.   Called many times(more than 20 times) to customer care, but there is no time given for the refund. I had to wait 15-20 min to connect to representative in the call.

1. Sent more than 10 mails, with no reply from their end

   
   




2. Whenever I call and ask to tell your name, they only tell the initial not the full name as this is against their policy. How bullshit policy is this. where customer is not eligible to know the representative name.

   
   

Summary is that, yepme site is total fraud site. Thats also depend upon your luck. if you got your correct order in one shot then you are  lucky. and will appraise the yepme.  but in case if you have even any further query or replacement then they will harass like anything  !
