Avoid YEPME, for HASSLE FREE SHOPPING!

We used to purchase most of the things through online shopping. Most of the experiences was good from various online shopping portals. Recently, we placed an very first order with YEPME. They designed the portal to attract the customers very easily & they offer huge discounts (on prepaid orders), which made us also grab it.


Later, we realized that we didn’t grab the offer. Instead, we were cheated nicely in the name of offer. Its still showing the status "Ready for dispatch" from the day 1 (for the past 11 days). Worst thing is, they never update you on current status/delayed dispatch (whatever it may be).


They even don’t have any mail ids for complaints. You need to call them back in the landline no.(spending your own penny) or u can log the complaint in the site(but, no one will address it). We ordered for 6 different things & now after so many calls to them, one guy told that 3 things were unavailable out of 6. I requested again them to cancel those 3 & dispatch the remaining 3. But, it didn’t happen.


As they don’t have any mail ids to escalate, I used my FB to share my complaint @ YEPME’s official page on comments section. But, what they did is, they removed all my complaints & disabled comments for me!


I’m so frustrated now after placing an order with YEPME!
