I have purchased a jacket on 24 Dec 2013 from Yepme. But due to size problem, I had returned the same by speed post( tracking no. Ew318716559in). But till now, I have not got the money back. Two weeks before when i contacted the customer care via phone, they confirmed me of receiving the product back and assured me that I will get back my money within one week. But after that neither anybody contacted me nor i got back my money.
Why? And when i will get back my money?
