Yepme is one of the e-commerce website in India.Over the years it has gained its customer base and is running well now.Recently I ordered a pair of shoes from Yepme at Rs.399. It was my first time to buy there.The product arrived within 7 days.But after trying it and examining carefully it looks like a very cheap street product.So I had to returned it.
Yepme looks very bright on the outside but there are lots of flaws.Not satisfactory product quantity.Delivery is sometimes late specifically for village areas it take upto 2 weeks or more for a delivery.During return period I talked with their customer service, they are quite good and talked very politely.About the website, it looks good but doesn’t open up in 2g.Webpage is mobile friendly.
Although they are running various offers campaign but what is the point of giving offer when the product quality is cheap.
