Hello I have purchased 4 products from yepme, out of which 1 product, i.e., the womens kurti was in a bad quality and had some defects in the cloth. I had asked for replacement and accordingly the product was reversed pick form my home. I dint receive the product for q months. So I raised a complaint for refund, Now it has been 2 months but there is no response on the replacement or the refund status. Every time I call the customer care, they ask me to wait for some time.
This is the worst experience of my online shopping. Also there is no toll free number for calling the customer care every time I call the std number and I am asked to wait for more than 10-15 min.
