I purchased an L-size Sweatshirt from yepme(ORDER ID: 5344224), but I wanted to exchange that one with M Size, so I called customer care and as per their guidance I returned the product back to the address: 566/1 Arun Plaza Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, Adjoining Amity Eng. College, Delhi 110061 via Speed post(Tracking No.- EN446222092IN) which was delivered on 17th February itself, since then I am calling their customer care and they are saying its under quality check process.
Initially they told me that quality check process takes maximum of 48 Hours but even after 96 hours they are asking me to wait for 4-5 days.
I also sent mails to their customer support but they are not responding the mails.
Initially I was very happy about the price, quality & quick delivery of the product, but their customer support has completely ruined their impression.
