I purchased a product from yepme.com on 3rd December(Order Id: 4335336). Due to size issue, I returned the product on 17th December(Doc No PO - 415261) and asked the customer care for a refund. I was told that the product is received at the yepme warehouse and it passed the quality check. From then, the follow up begins!. I had talked to many representatives including Neha, Shriyanka, Ved, Neeraj, and Sakshi regarding this. No one gave me a satisfactory answer on why the delay is happening.
Got many replies that I will be getting the refund within 24 hours, within 48 hours, within a week, before Tuesday, before 24th Dec etc. Many times the customer support executives have said that they have escalated the matter to the refund department on **higher priority basis**, but no reply from them till date. The saddest part is that when I email the issue to the customer care department, Im getting an automated reply, which does not address my issue at all. It seems no one has read the email! I had a pathetic experience with yepme.com customer service.So advice you, not to buy from this fraud online retailer.
Note - The FAQ section on yepme.com site says: How long will the refund process take( Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking) - 5-7 business days
It is almost one month now. Im still not sure if I will get the refund or not.
