Recentlyi used Yepme for some shopping and here is my review on it.
Customer service : I find customer service lacking here as I ordered a jeans costing rupees 1000 but when I got the delivery the delivery man asked me to pay 1300 rupees I called the customer care and they also told me to pay 1300.
Product quality : I cancelled my order die to over pricing but my friend took his delivery and he told me that the quality of the product according to its value Is not up to the mark.
Delivery timelines : Delivery period is good as it takes only 2-3 days to deliver the product which is very fast.
Reliability : After the incidence that happened to me I find it very unreliable. From now onwards I can’t trust on this site.
I will not recommend this site.
