Delay in dispatch of order

I have ordered 5 tops from Yepme Order ID: 7214794. Immediately after placing an order I got an email and sms saying that order will reach to me in 4 - 5 working days and before 6th June. But till today they have not even dispatched my order. I have called the customer care number n number of times but got the same answer again and again that they will dispatch my order immediately and I will get it in 2 - 3 days time. My complaint number is 721583. This is not the first time I have ordered from yepme, even I liked their services a lot that this is the 5th time I placed an order with them. Today customer care executive told me that if I dont get my order in 2 - 3 days time than I can go ahead and cancel my order. Is this is the way you guys fool the customers? It means we should not place an order with you guys as you guys take orders but  do not deliver. I do not want to be harsh because I have not faced any difficulty in my earlier orders but this time this is the height of my patience level and that too your customer care executives gives replies that we can cancel the order as if they are not bothered. I just wanna know whether you guys gonna deliver my order or not. If yes then give me exact date and if no then how to cancel the order. Sorry to say but you are going to loose your regular customer.
