Ordering Rs.900 shoes from Yepme was the biggest mistake I did. Yeah, I ordered a Rs.900(not a 300-400). I mean seriously the product was of same quality as of a Rs.200 shoes or Rs.300. The delivery time was good. Packaging was ok ok. But as I opened the big box of surprise there was a shitty product inside with labled as YepMe. It got more worse when I wear those shoes, they definitely don’t know the meaning of comfort. Then I thought to get replaced those shoes, well the how much bad experience in a day I could have, they said I have to ship that product they ain’t gonna send a courier guy for reverse pickup and also I have to pay for courier charge they don’t gonna pay for it. There customer service department is also worst of any online shopping site.
At the end I have to keep them and stick with those pair of shoes. After 6 months of usage they got teared apart and I made a promise to myself that I won’t ever buy from yepme.
