I purchased three pairs of sandals from Yepme(order no 4461971). The product I received was of very inferior quality. So I raised a complaint and sent back the product for refund. They have already received back the product on 26.12.2013 but till now I have not received my refund.
My repeated reminders through e mails(6-7 reminders) also did not yield any response.I would advise the buyers to stay away from this site as their products are of very poor quality and you will have worst experience if u will go for any refund.

After about two months they show my complaint as resolved but I never received my money back. I spent Rs 150/- towards courier charges for sending the item back. They did not refund even that, instead they e mailee me a discount coupon of Rs 150/- so that I fall prey to them once again. I swear I will never dare to shop with them and I will prefer to waste Rs 150/-.It would have been better if I would have thrown the product instead of refunding them. At least I could have saved the courier charges. I have never seen any cheater company like this before.I would request the readers to beware of this fraudster company. A big cheater.cheater.cheater.
