Last year in february, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from yepme, because there was an offer running on there website that buy one and get one free, in the march my brother in law’s married was supposed to be append so I ordered the shoes, thinking if they last only for one month it will be fine for me as there were some very nice stylish looking, cheap shoes on there site.
at around Rs. 650 I got two pairs of shoes, and they gave me Rs. 50 extra discount if I pay online that time, I mean at the time of placing my order, during whole time there was a second thought running in my mind as this was first time I was placing order with such a new company( to me) but at it was not so expensive so I ordered it.
After placing my order I received the packed within a week, and when I try these shoes one pair was extra large so I had to replace it, but there was no time as I had 3 days in hand to attend the marriage and this was the party wear shoe that was extra large because other one was casual shoe, so I called there customer care executive and he assured me that he will try his best to replace them on time, at the same day I received a call from yepme boy he said he is coming to collect those shoes.
After 3 days, in the marriage day morning I received another call from yepme boy and he came and deliver me the packet at 11 am, I tried it infront of him and it was ok.
I was very happy and satisfied from yepme’s service as without their, this much of support it could have been ruined, thanks yepme, and yes I am still wearing those shoes.
