People! if you want to buy something online go to any website on the internet but never, I repeat never place an order through this trash website - Yerha.com.
I have never been so frustrated with anything. This site has brought me so much suffering.
1) Recently around 2 months back I had placed an order for a phone on this website, as my current phone ha been broken and I needed a new one immediately as I had to leave for a trip the next week.
2) The site showed that the phone would be delivered within a few day, so I was waiting and waiting and waiting but there was no sign of the phone and it had already been four days.
3) I emailed the site and complained about the issue but no one responded. I tried again the next day but the same thing happened. I was so frustrated that I called the customer helpline number but again no one responded.
4) In the end I had to go to the trip without my phone and I couldn’t keep any contact with the people that I know. This tremendously affected me as when I reached back home I realized that I had been assigned a project and I had already crossed the deadline.
5) After about a month back after I returned a salesman comes walking to me with my phone. I was surprised and when I paid for the phone, they were charging me more than the price they had offered on the site. I however paid it and when I opened the package and tried to switch on the phone I realized that it was a defective piece.
6) When I called them back again no one responded. I places an order for the exchange of the product, and after around 2 weeks the same salesman came to collect the phone and said that they would deliver the replacement shortly.
7) Till today they have not shipped the replacement, I have been struggling to get a phone since the last three months and I ended up buying another phone from a store.Because of this site I have been suffering since the last 3 months and have also suffered a loss of Rs 10, 000.I request all of you to be away from this website if you don’t want to suffer the same misery as me.I hope this was helpful and please friends don’t place an order through this website, Cheers: -)
