I have been using YES Preferred credit card since 2015 and now I have seen lots of degradation in their reward program and lounge access. Honestly I would suggest to avoid Yes Bank credit cards, there are lot other better cards available in Market.
After such a long time customer, now honestly I am feeling the bank is planning to recover all their bad loans given to Anil Ambani and Essel group of companies from RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
I would suggest to avoid such fraudulent bank as there are better credit cards available in Indian market.
