My sister was asked to open a salary account with yes back from her employer. She received first salary in the form of cheque and she deposited through the drop box available at the ATM center on 6 th of SEPTEMBER and still no idea about the cheque. We raised a complaint after a week. Then they said 7 working days to solve the problem. Now it is almost 3 weeks after complaint still she has not received the amount. Every time we call they say they will call back in 24 hours. No solution and no call too.
Is there any solution? Should she go to consumer court?
Any one can help with their suggestion?
