please do not use any yes bank credit card as I haven’t received any OTP for the transaction, without authorization money has been deducted from my card when I was about to update on my phone.
4 transaction were done within one minute Rs/-5330/-.
No authorization no OTP required simply your money will be deducted with cvv number.
anyone can do a transaction with your card.
received cll from Chennai yes bank, blocked card, sent dispute form with details.
but no one responds from the credit card department. an only pending payment which supposed to be paid off EMI. NOW I KEPT ON HOLD AS HOW COULD BE THE TRANSACTION DONE WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
I WILL BE PAYING OFF ONCE CLEAR MY AOUNT BACK
I WOULDHUMMBELY REQUEST YOU ALL NOT TO TAKE YES BAN CREDIT CARD VERY POOR SECURITY, YOUR MONEY IS LOST YOUR PROBLEM NOT YES BANK. THATS WAHT YES BANK SAYS, THEN WHY THE HELL YOU ISSUE THECARDS TO PEOPLES WHEN THE YES BANK IS NOT SECURED AT ALL
