I am having my saving account in YES BANK LTD , Surat branch. My experience with yes bank service is quite good. They prefer customer satisfaction. The very useful feature that I particularly like about this bank service is you can do any of your work regarding banking from any branch of yes bank. In all other banks you must have to visit your home branch. And the second thing is that it is india’s first green field bank. Every month they send account statement through email. The drawback of this banking service is they are having very less number of branches and ATM services. In my home state Bihar it is only available in Patna. But, to counteract the lack of number of ATM Services they have provided one very useful thing, there is no transaction limit for a month from any other bank’s ATM. You don’t have to pay transaction charges at all, for any number of transaction.
