I lost my debit card a month and half back so I blocked it immediately and applied for new one and our Yes bank service is so good and fast that it still dint reach me out.FIRST time when I called customer care service about my debit card update they told it reached to my address and since nobody was there to collect it ia in my nearest home branch since I am working women and away from my home place I asked them what can be done so they told I have to go to my nearest yes bank branch and can show them my ID proof and collect it from the nearest branch but when I did the same the branch people response was completely different and they said its impossible to give the debit card in hand it will go to address as it is mentioned in my adar card and they cant even update my new address when I asked them about what can be done for this they told they will resend it my home so that people in my home can collect it and resend me over the post but they didnt had answer for my question when I asked them if they can hand it over to somebody in the home and why not to me? Anyhow again there was no update about the same and I called them after 15 days and the customer care people ares saying like since you are not in the home we didnt deliver it and its in the nearest hometown branch and its 1 and half month now and I dont have a count how many time I have called customer care and visited the near by branch still this people are not able to reach me my debit card so my humble request to those who are reading this mail not to go ahead with the Yes bank service in the future because it is one among the worst.
