Yes bank is unable to maintain their mobile OTP delivery service for their customers. In last 2 years time and again my OTP delivery failed to mobile. Although email OTP delivery was working, but that OTP comes after failure of default mobile OTP delivery and a of wait of 100 seconds. This hinders smooth transaction through net-banking. Recently I have lodged complaint on 17th December, 2020(CS171220012036) about this issue to their top management as well as GOI complaint portal which was forwarded by RBI(DEABD/E/2021/00516), but till date no action was taken so far. Such inaction is ridiculous and condemnable. My customer ID: 6375557
