Yes bank is actually no bank. I open my account in may 2015 now its Jan 2017 still I havent receive my debit card every time I call to branch they ask me to fill a form and send them every time I call on phone banking they said your customer relationship manager will call you and again same process start fill a form and send them.they do not care about there customer they want lots of paper work for every thing small or big. I do not have internet banking when I ask for internet banking again they want paper work. they do not have professional people working in there bank most of the time they cant even understand customer problem. they need to change there bank name from yes bank to backward bank or hopeless bank .government bank have some of worker come thru SC, BC, kotta so thats why there some of the staff not all the staff cant understand the problem end of the day there manager solve the problem . I think yes bank have friend circle kotta without an any interview or they dont know how to select there staff anyway no one will listen me they will stay same no one will read this review from yes bank government banks are the best banks and for nri account citi bank .
