Yes bank is an Indian originated bank. I am a Yes bank Member since 2013. I just don’t like the service that they provide. They don’t take customer service seroiusly which is a very disappointing thing in my opinion.
Phone Banking Service is average. The process is very simple and accurate, which is a positive thing.
ATM Availability is very poor on this bank, the ATM service is not 24/7 at most of the time, which is very poor.
Internet Banking is quite good, I have used a lot of Net banking through this bank for Paytm, Amazon etc., And I have no issues with the Net Banking.
Customer Service is very average they even don’t have the time to reply our queries.
