Unsatisfied Customer Service

Hello friends today I am going to share my personal experience on Yes Bank. I opened a accounts in this Yes bank 2 months before with 1000/- deposited. After that I received Pass book and ATM Card 10 days late procedure.At the time I was opened a account from immediate because of my personal problem but it was gave problem again for the late activated account. Yes bank charges are also so high and deductions are more, I am not satisfied with this bank.


Features of YES Bank below mentioned there are:




  1. In the Yes bank Phone banking is available but in this we don’t have useful features.




  2. ATM Facility is unavailable in near by places.




  3. Customer service is too bad, when I was called customer service for deductions they was not given me proper information. So friends don’t go with Yes bank and don’t waste your money and time.Hope my review will helpful to all Thank you
