Very Disappointing, not at all customer friendly.

I recently opened my salary account with Yes Bank, initially it was not created in one go, due to negligence at the the executive’s end and he took my documents again. Now very recently I made the card transaction at a petrol pump and due to some technical error in the swipe machine my amount got debited twice. First transaction was a failure at merchants end but the amount got debited from my account, next transaction was successful and amount again got debited. Now the amount debited in the first attempt was not credited back to my account and after waiting for two days assuming that it will be, as usually happens with other banks when I called the customer care they asked me to download a form from their site take print out and submit it in the branch or mail it to them. Now if I dont have the printer at my place what should I do? I should run to the stationary store to get the printout then fill the form manually, sign it and scan it back and then send mail to these guys. Even after this much issue will take 1 week to resolve because they will investigate. Merely for 1000 rs transaction I will have to do so much. Never saw such procedure in any bank for any card dispute. These kind of issues are often automatically taken care of by banks or often they are resolved merely on a phone call. Feel I have opened my account in any third grade Sarkari Bank who are not technical savvy. Going to close this account immediately.
