A THIRD CLASS BANK.

I opened an account in Nov. 14. I dont remember one single day, when it had no issues. No doubt the banking people at the branch are nice but the centralised system is pathetic. First of all the IT department and higher managemet is z grade. These axxxxxhxxxxx dont even respnod to the customer complaints. I have been calling this pathetic bank and people hangup or put the call on mute. they think that the customer will hangup but here custoer is smarter than thense fxxxxxx axxxxxhxxxxx.


From 26the march 2015 till 4th of april15 their banking systme was down without any advance notice or display about the fxxxxxx upgradation. I had the worse time in that month when its espceially end of finacial year. When complaind their DEEPAK MANDWANI who is an axxxxxhxxx hired in customer service as a HEAD didn take pain in his AXXXXX to call the custoer even after several emails and calls. I feel shocked how DEEPAK RANA has hired this fxxxxxx axxxxxhxxx as the customer service head. This axxxxxhxxx DEEPAK RANA didt respond to my email moreover when ever I called he didnt come on the line to talk to the custoer who is paying him his fxxxxx salary. after couple of months again yesterday two transactoins of 2lacs each were failed and when I called I was told that there is a system problem. AXXXXXHXXXX DONT YOU HAVE ANY ALTERNATE SOLUTION, I have been debited 2 lacs twice  and 2 lacs more the next day and you dont have any fxxxxx answer of this fraud transaction by your bank.


wHEN complained their customer service mxxxxxfxxxxxxx hungup on me and I called 2 amand was on hold for damn 45mins nobody pickedup the call. called next day their floor supervisor hungup too because he wanted me to be professional though these mothexxxxxxxx dont even know what is professionlism.


I will make sure If I dont see my money back to my account on this monday, I will screw their AXXXXX and happiness with this DEEPAK MANDHWANI. who will beg for a fxxxxxxx job but people will not hire him.


this is a warining to yes bank and DEEPAK RANA to call me asap.


Today is  5th of Oct. and net banking is down again. Even after complaints, calls, emails, escalations yes bank morons didn’t feel like calling the customer and/or apologizing. No call from anybody. When I called my branch manager, he doesnt have any update even about this updation which is taking years and its totally uninofrmed updation.


THIS BANK IS TOTALLY UN ORGANISED AND FULL OF IDIOTS. DONT EVEN THINK OF OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT OR USING THIS Z GRADE BANK.
