Hii before a month I went to go to yes bank to open my bank account.I reached at counter and fill the form and I give to bank employee to open my account he say that I came after two day and take my passbook.after two days I go to the bank they say there is so many croud u will come after 2 day again I go as it.And they will give me passbook.I ask for cheque book they will refuse me that say u need to pancard.i come home and I called to customer care for stert netbanking.after a long press button and time customer care pick the phone and refuse me say to go to the branch and again fill the form for net banking and I again go to the bank and fill the form after a weak I found user id and password and when I open netbanking site is very slow and Not give the facility in my city very few atm’s are presents and atm’s are always blank.No any guard are present.cystomer services are not good they are time consuming and if u have any problem with account they take as much time to solve.
