Hello friends,
My friend had send me a luggage bag through this courier service and literally it is a bad courier service that it took literally 15 days to receive my luggage and they not even responded to my phone calls.
I think they do not bother about the consumer’s urgency and they do what they want. it is a awful experience I had with this courier service.
They had billed too much for just one bag and after receiving the bag they again billed for the person who brings my courier. Even though It had a good thing that I received my bag very safely and didn’t any damage to my luggage.
I am very much disgusted because they didn’t show my tracking details also and when I was called they just do only one thing "Not to pick up the call".
