They blindly follow Urban Company(prev. Urban Clap).Yes Madam should stick to only salon services. I took spa therapy yesterday though I was skeptical and they sent completely untrained lady who had no idea about massage. They send beauticians to play Masseur and they play with your life. That lady gave me the worst service and after massage my lower back is got swollen and still is and I can’t sleep on my back due to severe pain. These will will paralyze some customers for sure. In Indian anyone can buy any license with zero experience and training, it’s totally messed up. Services like massage should only be offered by certified & well trained Masseurs not beauticians playing Masseur masseur. Their business license should be taken away.
After I raised the complaint, they had the audacity to just offer me excuse and fake promise to serve better as if m gonna use their service ever in my life again. People should be really careful with critical things like massage. Plz do not use Yes Madam, it’s not about money, wrong pressure at wrong part can severely injure u for life.

U take advantage of the fact consumers do not want to take legal action but that’s for someone who has to hire a lawyer or bribe police, in my case, I live with Lawyers and top police administration officers(IAS). I will not hesitate to sue your a in the court.
