I had recently booked the Yes Madam beauty service for waxing and a pedicure for my wife, and she was very hopeful, expecting salon-like service at home, but it was not.
The beautician has no professionalism at all. She was slightly late, and after arriving, she just wanted to finish and did a pedicure so roughly, which I didnt expect at all. I tried the customer call number to register the complaint regarding the service, but it didnt connect. Overall worst experience, and I will never book again.
