Extremely Disappointed – Unfulfilled Salon Service

Dear Yes Madam Team,


I am writing to express my utter frustration with the service I received—or rather, did not receive—on 6th September 2024. I booked a salon-at-home service through your app for 10:00 AM, yet there was no communication from the professional. I waited for hours without any information, only for her to finally call and inform me that she would be an hour late. This is completely unacceptable.


To make matters worse, your platform offers no immediate customer support to address such issues. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also makes your service completely untrustworthy. I am extremely disappointed and demand an explanation and resolution for this inconvenience. This kind of service is not what I expected from Yes Madam.
