I own a 1984 Yezdi CL II .. when I bought the bike in 1999 I din have much idea about the bike ... just the look made me to go for it when I was looking for a bike ... once I bought it , there has never been a day when I repented . In fact other frnds of mine bought the same bike ... thanks to me :) ..
As the line goes ForEver Bike .. It goes on and on ... The Maintenance is so low , easy usage . I happend to read other review , which comments on the spares. Best part of our bike is , most of the spares being used is from other brands .. Still it runs !!! ... If the clutch cable is cut ... Still you can run the bike !!! ... These were some of the exp with the bike ...
Be it CL II or any other bike from Yezdi , its the same ... Unfortunately there is no production ... still we find so many on the road ... this in itself a tribute to the great bike ... can’t think of any other bike which can run even after 40 years of the manufacture !! ..
I just love the long rides on this big machine ... the exp is entirely diff ... among our Yezdi users there is common belief that our bike does not fail us .. and to an great extent its true ...
