Hi friends, here is something very interesting for you, I’m a pride owner of a Hero Honda CBZ for 3 years. I got my bike cos I forced my dad too much to get me one. During the same point of time my Bhaiya purchased a second hand Roadking with his own money cos he was earning. I never dared to race him cos I know the 250cc 16bhp RAW power would crush my bike’s status, I had that feelin, but never spoke about it to him. He knew the same would happen, afterall he is elder to me. One of my cousin who is pagal always used to belittle Bhaiya saying his bike is old styled and can be outpowered by low end 4 stroke bikes(say 150 and 180cc Class Fieros, Pulsars( and even CBZzz)). It so happened that we went on a race. Me(In RoadKing). My cousin(in my CBZ). My Cousin is a dare devil who can touch 135 kmph in a Maruti 800. Well, without my bros knowledge on the outer ring Road, here in Bangalore. the stretch would end for say 5 kms or more. In the initials, as it read Super Sprint on the side shields, CBZ proved its quicker. The CBZ zoomed away, farther and farther until only it reached 60 kmph or somewhere over there. ((Indeed in small stretches and all, CBZ is quick)) . Wait. I’m coming to shut your a** from behind, I told him, and the Roadie heated up from behind and overtook like a rocket in less than 15 sec of the beginning. Roadie always has a slow start. The Roadie comfortably touched 122kmph(Don’t ask me if it can really do in a half km stretch, I promise it does if the stretch is big.) Believe me guys its power is RAW. And if U have any other bike than a Roadie, dare U not even think about gettin into race with it, you simply have to blacken your face, even though you have invested a big 60, 000 rupees on a 180 cc 4 stroke bike. Road king rules. A 250cc 2 Stroke Plant, Twin Exhaust, 16 horses, R-A-W. Enjoy riding!!!
A little advice: Another thing, If U have a 180cc Pulsar to race with a Roadking, then let the Pulsar go. You sitback, have a sip of Fanta and go thro the news paper for 20 mins. Then Start up your Roadking and cruise on the road. You’ll surely meet Pulsar before half the way to the end of the race. Overtake. Now its you who leads. Finish the race and keep waiting for the Pulsar to arrive. I bet you may have to waste 15-20 mins waiting.....
